Our client had a mission: to launch three distinct maternal health initiatives—Care Coordination, Community Health Worker (CHW), and Lactation programs—to serve families across New Mexico. They had the clinical vision but started with a genuine blank slate for each: no staff, no systems, and no established workflows.

The goal was to avoid creating three separate, siloed systems and instead establish a unified technological foundation that was efficient, HIPAA-compliant, data-driven, and scalable from the outset. In collaboration with key clinicians who defined the requirements for each program, we set out to build a system that would empower future teams across all three initiatives.

3. Turning Data into Actionable Insights:  We have built a robust data analytics infrastructure to provide program leadership with the insights they need to succeed.
